Kadriorg’s Business Center is Tallinn Kadriorg’s newest and most unique business center/office complex. Designed by architect Karmo Tõra, the four commercial buildings and underground parking garage sit on the corner of the Narva Road and Filmi Street, next to the Liivaoja residential area. The business complex buildings are asymetrical, with the buildings being given names according to their locations, SOUTH, WEST, NORTH and EAST.
